In an effort to stay tuned to stakeholders needs and wants, Hortgro’s Communications department has done a full communications audit over the last three months. Data collected included quantitative and qualitative measuring tools. As part of the audit, a customer survey was conducted in February 2021. We are happy to report that the overwhelming response to the survey was positive. The areas that were highlighted by respondees as ‘needing attention/not satisfying needs’ will be addressed in due course.
